The wedding

We got married on 28th September, 4 years to the day from when we first met. It was a lovely quiet wedding with only close friends and family, we home made a lot of the things, including all the food. I made my wedding dress, and a cardigan and a hat, and some little bits and bobs. I'm going to lump all the wedding bits into one post as it was one occasion and they all go together.

Our wedding invitaions
A table decoration idea I had, although proved to be a bit time
consuming to make a lot of, so settled for a simpler design.

This was an idea I had for the name places on the tables,
I wanted to make a test so I made it into a magnet for,
you guessed it, the fridge

This was my wedding hat, not your traditional brides
head piece, but it was an outdoor afternoon party
in September in the North of Sweden sourrounded
by the forest.

This is the dress and the cardigan I made
These were the actual name places, I made them into magnets
after so that we can continue to use them, I also made
some of the guests who wanted it into magnets.
A little crochet flower my mum did for my hat.

The actual hearts that we used, although didn't use, because
they got forgotten about, so didn't actually make it to
the tables, but some of the guests took them home with them
as a wedding keepsake

And these are my thank you cards I made for everyone who
gave us a present.
